    Bought this on November 2019, it’s been 4 years now and the keyboard is still going strong without any issues. Best mechanical keyboard for this budget. Just go for it. I love the fact that Meckeys always sells genuine products.

    Best 60% kb around 4k inr, i got the black version with red switches, everything is buttery smooth, the factory lubing on the spacebar is really good on mine(generous amount of lube, very little rattle), was a little iffy about the keycap legends but in person they look pretty alright(no swappable mac keys like on the older versions, mac functions are sub printed on the cntrl win alt and fn keys),the windows shortcuts and fn layer work with PopOS if you run linux(didnt test anything else). i am very happy with my purchase. JUST DONT MESS WITH THE DRIVERS. its buggy and overcomplicated.
    Also meckeys did a great job with packaging and shipping, i ordered 2nd of october and got mine on 6th. 5 stars.

    the keyboard is great. 5 stars for that. the type c port is a little flimsy on the keyboard, no biggie. but the included type a to type c cable is absolute shit, causes disconnection every 10 min. do not use it. had me scratching my head with drivers and stuff. got a new cable and works perfect after.

    Loving it so far.
    The software of the keyboard is a bit meh, that seems to be the only issue.
    Other than that everyone is a solid-A, even the stabilizers come pre-lubed and there’s a generous amount on there.

    As you’ve probably heard, this is most definitely the best budget mechanical keyboard for both typing and gaming. All other alternatives in India are either way too expensive or the quality is much much worse than what SK61 provides. My use cases mostly lie in programming and gaming and I can vouch for the gateron optical red switches as they’re really very quiet and smooth, this keyboard feels like butter to type on, I will point out, however, that because of how cheap this keyboard is the stock stabilizers are not that great and there is quite a bit of rattle and random unevenness to the keys. While the build quality is decent the case is still quite hollow so if you’re using this without any desk mat, expect a bit of noise even with the linear switches. the stock ABS keycaps are also very average in quality but still very reliable. Overall with some lubing of stabilizers, the switches, and probably some added foam and some high-quality PBT keycaps, this keyboard can be modded into a top-class build.

    TL;DR – with some basic mods, this keyboard is *chef’s kiss*.

    Keyboard is very nice. Keys are buttery smooth. Support System of Meckeys can be better if there is telephone support, but their e-mail support is also good. Waited for around 3 months to get the keyboard, but the waiting period was worth it. Thanks guys 😊😊😊

    This is hands down the best keyboard one could ever buy if you have a tight budget. I am so happy that I found meckeys and I was able to find a keyboard that suited both of my preferences ,Budget and 60% mechanical keyboard. I use the gateron blue switch keyboard because I love the clicky sound a lot. It is not irritating at all😂. First of all, this keyboard is hot swapable, meaning that you can change the switces and the key caps whenever you want without soldering . My keyboard came with a proper packing, instructions and 2 key pullers. The box was well sealed and the best part is, it came within 5 days. I was awe-struck with the quality, the delivery and the final product. BTW, I use this keyboard on my Xbox series s and it works flawlessly. No input lag of any kind at all. The keyboard itself has so many lighting features and one of the best part is that you can also use it without a wire, yes, you heard me right. But I prefer using it with wire as the wire is of a great quality as you can tell from its covering as it is a braided one. Overall, if I could give this review more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. Thank you so much meckeys for finding me the right product with the best price possible. One last thing I would like to add, this keyboard is at the cheapest price as on amazon, the same variant is for 10k for blue switches and for yellow 7k, so I would definitely recommend you meckeys for such product.     I bought gateron optical yellow switches model.Previously I used a redgear mechanical keyboard with kailh blue switches.Compared to it difference is day and night.Took a while to adjust to this it just feels very smooth and almost no pressure to actuate the key.

    This is hands down the best experience I’ve had in my life. Extremely satisfied. Just one minor bummer: I had wanted a variant with PBT keycaps which wasn’t available at the moment. But the ABS ones I received are also more than good enough so I’m pretty satisfied.

    This is probably the best keyboard for the price right now. These have Gateron Optical Switches which for only $50, this is a steal. I have almost had this keyboard for a year now and honestly this is the best budget keyboard I have ever got I’ve had zero problems with it I definitely recommend it! . The keys are mounted on an aluminium plate and are easy to remove. They also give you a keycap remover. The keycaps are doubleshot ABS so the legends are never going away. It is currently my daily use board! The rgb lights are bright and generally easy to program as long as you find and download the GK6XPlus driver which has a bit of a learning curve but is still pretty easy to use overall.

    I recieved the product and it arrived without any damage. I ordered the red switch version and it really justifies its smoothness. And gaming with this keyboard is flawless. The only hassle was that, the delivery took a little long but may be because of corona situation.

    Keyboard arrived and its really good. Comfortable to type on the Gateron brown switches, I like the lighting effects, but the software is a pain to work with. I am on a mac because of which the official software doesnt work, and I had to install a virtual box and it itself had its issues. But I am looking forward to custom keycaps. and other modifications on this. I need an aluminium case as well since the base is plastic.

    The keyboard is a joy to type on. The software used for configuration has a bit of hassle but that’s only used for first time. Meckeys did a commendable job of delivering the product. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an entry level mechanical keyboard.

    Great keyboard, software is trash but keyboard is good. Optical Switches are the new meta, they are faster then mechanical and theoretically last longer than mechanical. Key presses are constant and barely any variation which is good while typing. Space bar is satisfying. RGB is good, has a lot of options to choose but software is kinda flimsy. Actuation is quite less which is good and fast for gaming, you can feel the difference coming from a mechanical. Meckeys is a trusted site, don’t think about ordering from anywhere else because Meckeys sent my keyboard on time and also sent a Type C cable later because they forgot to give it in the box. Best site for Keyboards in India!

    I got gateron optical red. Solid build. These Optical mechanical switches are better and smoother than any high priced cherry mx switches. Crazy value for money. Just make sure to cover the keyboard after use (I use a small towel) so that dust does not accumulates on the optical sensors. Optical switches are new technology, better to be on the safe side.

    If i could give it more than 5 stars, trust me i would’ve.
    Starting with the keyboard, it is a fantastic keyboard with great tactile feel(i have the optical brown switches). The RGB is dope and overall a great keyboard by Geek.
    Coming to meckeys, this was my first purchase off this website.
    These guys are really awesome, the keyboard was delivered before the given date. The delivery was hassle free and mainly, the package was intact (not even a single scratch was present on the packaging). Since i have had bad experiences with packaging in the past.
    So overall this keyboard it the best bang for your buck. At 3500rs you cannot find a mechanical 60% keyboard anywhere and meckyes is the really the best. Don’t have second thoughts if you’re going to buy any product from this website. Just go for it.

    Great product.This is the first time using the mechanical keyboard and the expectations were satisfied.The keyboard has a good mechanism and regarding the brown switches they are great but sound is there little bit.Overall the only minus point is that it is little bit weight.

    My experience with Meckeys has been great, placing the order was hassle free and my keyboard was with me in just two days. Now the keyboard itself is pretty good. Since this is my first mechanical keyboard I can’t say much about how it compares to the competition but it has exceeded my expectations and is everything I hoped it to be. Just a quick note though, the software is really bad and takes much time to figure out. Other than that go for it. One thing I’d like to say is that some people on reddit said anne pro 2 from babggood is also a good choice, but I don’t want to try my luck with these chinese sites.

    This is probably the best ‘budget’ mechanical keyboard in the market. I highly recommend this keyboard for those who cannot afford Ducky one 2 mini, because this keyboard is almost the same as ducky. There are hell lot of features in this keyboard which are programmable through their software.
